In my life I find easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ocean swimming – also known as wild swimming, or swimming in nature – is a great way to for me to connect with the world around and find some inner peace. Not only that, but it comes with a whole host of other benefits, both physical and mental and is a great way to make new connections with like-minded friends.

Tow Floats and Ocean Swimming

With the rise in popularity of wild swimming, many swimmers are now using tow floats for additional safety. Is it really safe to use tow floats for ocean swimming?
