Booking Process
  1. Send us a Booking Enquiry Form.
  2. We will get back to you with a quote and more detailed information on what is offered.
  3. If you accept the quote, you have 7 days to pay either the 25% deposit or, if within 90 days, the full amount.
Health Declaration and Suitability

Those swimming will be asked to declare their health status and suitability for the holiday. All swimmers must be capable of swimming in open water at least 1km unassisted in under 40 minutes (flippers allowed).

If you suffer from some underlying health conditions or are above the age of 50 years, we strongly recommend you consult a health professional such as your doctor to seek approval before joining our holiday.

Payment Options

We will send you an invoice with details of payment options after you fill in the Booking Enquiry Form.

Travel Insurance

We require you to take responsibility for obtaining appropriate Travel Insurance and check that it will cover you for activities like Ocean Swimming and travel disruption caused by COVID or similar occurrences. If you do have to cancel or change your holiday, you should talk with your insurance company in the first instance to see if they will cover any costs incurred.

If you cancel

If you wish to cancel your holiday, notify us as soon as possible in writing. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

If we cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a holiday in cases of force majeure or due to extreme unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will refund you all the money we have received from you for your holiday. We will not be responsible for any other costs that you have paid such as airline tickets, accommodation or other expenses relating to the cancelled holiday. We would advise talking to your insurer about recovering those costs.

If it is not possible to travel

If travel is not possible because of a pandemic like COVID, we will try our hardest to refund you as much as possible with no penalties or fees from us (there may be some penalties from accommodation or boat hire providers beyond our control).

Photographs, Videos and Testimonials

We reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken of you while on one of our holidays along with testimonials written by you for promotional purposes on social media, websites, brochures or advertising campaigns without any royalties paid. If you do not wish to be identifiable in any photos taken by us whilst on the holiday please notify us soon as possible in writing.
